Responsibilities

• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs for children and youth in Children Welfare Home and Social Welfare Institution
• Provide training and supervision to partners and staff in Qinghai
• Coach team members and coordinate service delivery
• Assist in resources management as well as in quality and risk management
• Develop collaborative relationship with other service providers, e.g. unit of Civil, Affair Department, Children Homes, other domestic non-government organizations
• Write service proposal and submit project report in a timely basis

Requirements

• Degree holder in Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy or equivalent and a valid practicing certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board / Occupational Therapists Board, Hong Kong
• Minimum 3 years working experience in recognized health care institutes, experience in disabled people service is an advantage
• Network with churches is preferable
• Competent in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Enthusiastic, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Self-starter, innovative and motivated by having opportunities in serving children in need
• Demonstrate ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder engagement
• Enjoy working in an efficient, energetic environment and keeping sense of humor
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
