| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Handle all legal and transactions in mainboard listing rules, SFC and other compliance regulations in HK, as well as corporate transactions including Merge & Acquisition and Joint-Venture.
- Responsible for all corporate and commercial matters arising from Hong Kong, China and China cross-border transactions.
- Review and advise on various legal transactions, documents and agreement for internal departments
- Give legal consultancy on any transaction, disputes and documentation relating to legal and corporate governance.
- Being the knowledge expert, keep abreast with the regulatory and legislation updates and communicate with different stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare and draft corporate announcement, communication pack and circular on legal matters.
Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB) or similar discipline
- At least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE), which is gained from international law firms or banks or financial institutions.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both written and oral).
- Native Putonghua speaker is a plus
- Excellent research skills, good interpersonal and presentational skills;
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.
- High responsibility, diligence, integrity and professional ethics,
- Occasional travel to China and overseas countries.
