| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
- Supervise the finance teams in Hong Kong and China for subsidiary companies.
- Leading the finance and accounting activities various corporate actions
- Performing business planning, financial modeling and due diligence, financial budgeting and cash flow projection and commentary analysis or other ad hoc assignment
- Liaising with external professional parties such as government bodies, bankers, lawyers and consultants
- Providing strategic support and business expansion for corporate development.
- Occasional travel to China and Asia countries is required
Requirements: - Master degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
- Professional qualification HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is a MUST
- Currently holding senior finance position, preferably in listed companies of construction, building services or property development sectors.
- Solid experience in liaising with regulators, bankers and consultants.
- Familiar with Companies Ordinance and the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Accounting Standards, legal and compliance requirements.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent written in Simplified Chinese and English
