Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - To provide support to GM, e.g. schedule meetings, travel arrangements and manage GM's calendar
- To provide general office administrative support, such as accommodation and travel booking, filing, data entry and stationery ordering, and office maintenance etc.
- Support company events and staff functions
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required
Requirements: - Diploma holder in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in multi-national corporations
- Strong problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- A fast learner, hardworking and can work under pressure, with can do and will do attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive and excellent team player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Experience in PA to senior management
