Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle meeting room booking and set up
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
- Perform general clerical duties and support for store and office staffs, including office supplies purchases and maintenance, invoice verification, uniforms and access card arrangement, etc.
- Prepare reports as requested by management team
Requirements: - Form 7 or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in service industry
- Good command in spoken English and Cantonese
- Excellent in telephone manner & computer skill (MS Office)
