Responsibilities:

Lead Finance & Accounting team and responsible for Group F&A functions including IPO preparation and execution, restructuring, overall financial planning, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, cash flow management, financial consolidation and reporting for the corporate and regional offices;
Responsible for strategic planning, taxation, treasury management and corporate governance;
Liaise with professional parties, regulatory bodies, external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers in due diligence, valuation and analysis;
Risk management on banking, compliance, legal, taxation and finance perspectives;
Review and formulate annual reports, interim reports, announcements, and manage shareholders’ and corporate board meetings;
Review and manage effective internal control systems, policies and procedures;
Provide financial insights and advices to management;
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirement

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant disciplines, with CFA or CPA qualification
Min. 8 years relevant Finance & Accounting experience in in-house corporation listing companies and manufacturing industry, in which 3 years of managerial experience
Solid experience in dealing with external auditor, underwriter, sponsor, banker, lawyer and tax adviser etc,
Strong knowledge of HKFRS, listing rules, taxation and operation experience
Strong leadership, analytical skills, detail-minded, and good business acumen
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
