Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating incoming & out articles, i.e. voice, documents, electronic, etc.
Carrying out general office admin. tasks & other clerical works as assigned
Handling ad hoc duties
Carrying out procurement tasks, including (but not limited to) answering procurement requests, dealing with venders, placing orders, sorting delivery records, etc
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above, at least 2 years working experience
Good written English and Chinese skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & common sense of PC operation in office environment
