Responsibilities:
Manage the Customer Service daily operation in Hong Kong office
Lead a team of CS and a team of technicians to provide the customer and maintenance service with technical support for end users and corporate customers
Review the operation praocedures for improving the service standard to enhance the customer satisfactory
Handle all the customer enquiries and complaints, coordinate with internal and external partiesto resolve the complaints accordingly
Managing the SAP and CRM systems to improve the operational efficiency
Handling our logistic computer system Flex system especially in logistic in and out data entry;】
Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention
