Job Description

- Be responsible for hardware and software systems setup and maintenance;

- Provide telephone and onsite helpdesk services to in-house end-users and trouble-shoot problems on PCs and computer equipment;

- Participate in the company computerization projects (POS, Inventory & Logistics).  Project activities include business operation flow review, solution design, documentation, testing, user training and implementation coordination;

- Perform any other computer-related and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

- Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.  Fresh graduates are also welcomed.

- Basic computing skills and networking knowledge.

- Knowledge in MSSQL server and competent in usage of SQL statements will be an asset.

- Strong business sense, customer focused and analytical-minded.

- Good command of English and Chinese and competent in Chinese computing.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good teamwork, self-motivation, ability to work independently & under pressure.
