Program Objectives

Operations Service Trainee Program aims at:

Train and develop talented graduates with an interest to be Operations professionals Insurance Industry
Equip future subject matter experts with skills and knowledge to develop their career with Zurich
 

Program Overview

It is a two-year program with structured on-the-job training and self-learning to develop the talented graduates be an Operations professionals
During these 24 months, you will either locate in Policy & Administrative Services or Service Centre for 18 months. For the other 6 months, you will rotate in other teams under Underwriting Services, Operation Support and Policy & Administrative Services/Service Centre:
Ensure all types of enquiries and underwriting services received from external customers, intermediaries, brokers and other business partners are handled and resolved professionally in high quality standards
Provide extensive policy administrative support and operation support to ensure quality deliverable to customers and business partners
Support project based assignment, such as UAT, marketing campaign, product launch, etc.
Assist in preparing statistics report regularly for management review
Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and across the other team/region to ensure alignment of best working practic
When the program is completed, the candidate has the opportunity to remain in Operations or other business units, subject to individual performance and organizational requirements

We are looking for:

Associate Degree or with higher qualification with major in business or insurance related studies
Energetic and collaborative
Strong interest in building career in insurance industry
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Positive thinking and strong customer centricity mindset
Excellent interpersonal & communications skills with good cultural awareness
Good PC knowledge
