| Position Requirement: |
職責： - 負責店鋪日常運作，包括但不只限於招聘、培訓前線零售員工及帶領團隊達成公司營運目標
- 負責分析及與不同部門/合作伙伴合作並透過有效的業務策略以提高店舖銷售額
- 確保並指導員工保持貨場整潔，並按照公司指引將店舖貨品陳列調整
- 協助貨存管理
要求： - 文憑或以上學歷程度
- 最少3年零售工作經驗及至少有1年以上的管理經驗
- 具時尚生活消費品，如禮品、首飾及時尚配件等，產品知識者優先考慮
- 卓越人事管理技巧, 獨立處事能力, 著重團體合作精神
- 有責任心、有禮及有良好人際關係
- 流利粵語、英語及普通話
- 經驗較淺者可被考慮為助理店鋪主管
- 即時上班者優先考慮
