| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to store partners to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Drive the implementation of company programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives
- Provide coaching and direction to the store team to take action and to achieve operational goals
- Constantly reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to the store team to achieve operational goals
- Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the community in which the store lives
- Utilize and demonstrate effective management principles and practices to create and maintain a successful store team resulting in an environment where all partners are valued and respected
- Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks
Requirements: - Higher Diploma graduate or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained in retail or related industry (Experienced in F&B Industry will be an advantage)
- Strong in leadership, problem-solving and people management
- Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical and business sense
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
