工作性質: - 負責日常店舖業務
- 主動接觸客戶，細心了解顧客需要，提供專業配襯意見
- 現貨盤點及檢查
- 整理貨物及保持店內清潔
工作要求: - Sales/Senior Sales
- 中五程度，流利廣東話、簡單普通話及英語
- 有零售經驗優先
- 透過電話、即時通訊程式與客人保持關係
- 協助團隊達成公司定下的銷售目標
- 主動和積極工作態度
- 提供友善有禮的顧客服務
- Supervisor
- 管理店舖日常運作，帶領團隊達到公司所訂立的銷售目標
- 管理團隊出勤、恊助培訓及評估表現
- 留意貨存及顧客意見，制定合適策略以提升銷售，定期檢討
- 恰當安排工作，鼓勵同事間合作，增強團隊精神及氣氛
福利： - 優厚底薪加佣金
- Sales 11-13k 底薪 + 佣金 每月平均15K-17k
- Senior 14k-16k 底薪 + 佣金 每月平均18K-20K
- Supervisor 18-23k 底薪 + 佣金 每月平均22 - 28K
