Position Requirement:
職責:負責照顧兒童各方面之需要履行家長的角色,管理家舍之日常運作。
基本入職要求:
1.已婚夫婦,無不良嗜好及喜愛兒童工作。
2.中學畢業或非香港畢業而持有大專畢業程度。
3.每週工作五天半。須與配偶留宿,亞可安排不多於兩名子女遷入兒童之家。
4.其配偶必須有全職之工作,需於工鮽時間回到兒童之家協助照顧兒童,每月可獲發津貼。
條件:
1.認同亞實踐本院使命、核心價值服務信念。
2.與配偶均顧意委身協助身處於逆境的兒童及青少年,明白他們之需要,陪伴他們成長。
3.思想成熟,情緒穩定。
4.擁有良好及溝通技巧,具團隊合作精神。
薪酬:按有關學歷及工作工作經驗而定,月薪連同津貼最高可達¥31,300(視乎賓際上班情況)。
福利:年假15天、強積金、醫療津貼、進修津貼等。
