| 職責：負責照顧兒童各方面之需要履行家長的角色，管理家舍之日常運作。 基本入職要求： 1.已婚夫婦，無不良嗜好及喜愛兒童工作。 2.中學畢業或非香港畢業而持有大專畢業程度。 3.每週工作五天半。須與配偶留宿，亞可安排不多於兩名子女遷入兒童之家。 4.其配偶必須有全職之工作，需於工鮽時間回到兒童之家協助照顧兒童，每月可獲發津貼。 條件： 1.認同亞實踐本院使命、核心價值服務信念。 2.與配偶均顧意委身協助身處於逆境的兒童及青少年，明白他們之需要，陪伴他們成長。 3.思想成熟，情緒穩定。 4.擁有良好及溝通技巧，具團隊合作精神。 薪酬：按有關學歷及工作工作經驗而定，月薪連同津貼最高可達￥31，300（視乎賓際上班情況）。 福利：年假15天、強積金、醫療津貼、進修津貼等。 |
