We are looking for a Field Service for our direct sales business in the cleaning epuipment market.
The Field Service Supervisor Will report to the service manager and will be responsible for the servicing of our machines which include:
- Coordinating service calls
- Monitoring technicians in the field
- Mainyaining service records
- Machine repairing
Successful applicants must have:
- 5 years relevant experience
- Diploma graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in PC applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Permanent full time position
- Working hour Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
- 13 months pay +bonus
- Bank holidays
- City location,close to public transport
