Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Handle IT helpdesk hotline calls
- Provide technical support of deskside computers and applications
- Participate in incident & problem management process
- Prepare and present reports and updates on regular basis
Requirements: - Diploma or above
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
- Good communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated and good problem solving skills
- Knowledge in Windows platform and general software installation and support
- Knowledge in PC and LAN
- Knowledge in ITIL Foundation V3 is an advantage
- Shift duty is required
