Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities and successfully enable scalability to achieve company’s goals of meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

• Direct the company's manufacturing activities to improve efficiency and ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained for the production of quality products within specified time and budgetary guidelines.

• Management of the factory operations including but not limited to production, social compliance, merchandising, quality assurance, industrial engineering, sample department

• Monitor the manufacturing cost, including analyzing, controlling, reporting, and making recommendations to the CEO/Top Management

• Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to local management and staff through clear visions and continued improvements to existing practices

• P&L responsibility   

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10 years related experience in garment manufacturing with at least 5 years in management level

• Possess strong leadership and sound problem solving techniques

• Excellent managerial skills, able to assign job duties to appropriate staff, and motivate teamwork

• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• With IE background would be an advantage

• Station in Dongguan
