Helpdesk and Service Support (Approx 40%)
Provide first line IT Service Desk support to internal staff including user inquiries handling, user practice education, resolve incidents and complete request tickets
Manage procurement and carry out asset management inventory record.
Maintain high system availability and ensure all applications work properly.
Perform regular system monitoring, data backup, server administration, application and network device performance and provide troubleshooting when problem arise.
Perform server setup and administration on company infrastructure.
Project management (Approx 40%)
Assist in project implementation and develop and establish IT policies and guidelines.
Manage the documentation of all changes, upgrades and new implementations as appropriate.
Work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service
Working close with global and regional IT team on related technical support and services.
20% travelling for project implementation.
Requirements:
F.5 or above
Has a good service attitude and team work spirits.
Good communication skill, honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility.
8 years relevant experience in IT industry, in which 1 – 2 years in project management;
Familiar with Windows admin, Group policy, Clouding, Virtualization, Network security and compliance, backup solution, VOIP, Cisco router and switch is a must.
Familiar with Data Domain, Firewall Management, Network Management, System Support and Hardware Maintenance.
Experience working with vendors on Network and Server projects is an advantage
Willing to work in EST times environment and carry out ad hoc on-site/remote support when necessary.
Require regular travel to other offices (20%).
