Responsibilities: Mainly response to provide quality customer service to all of our customer through all channels (Incoming, Phone and Email) Registering calls to logging system and give initial support to customers To perform support according to defined workflow
Requirements: Certificate / Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese Able to work independently Able to handle complaints Able to work shift and non-office hour Have PC knowledge is preferred
