Job Description - To support all daily IT related matters in the Association
- To provide computer users with prompt assistance when issues with their computers need attending to, not limited to installation and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
- To perform routine server and HKFA website administration.
- To assist the IT Manager/IT Officer to take IT equipment inventory and make regular updated record for audit.
