Responsibilities:

• Own the showroom process, partner with product teams and do seasonal set up.
• Create and design all VM directives to support all retail stores and wholesale stores for Greater China and Asia Pacific regions.
• Support with In season trading guidelines.
• Deliver and implement Kipling standard of VM to build and enhance the brand image and ensure visual consistency across all regions.
• Direct accountability of planning and executing all VM for the HK market.
• Vendor management for the HK market.
• Provide training to regions VMs/ retail staffs and business partners on the visual merchandising concept and guidelines to align the brand image
• Supporting BE SM on the venue design of regional Go-To-Market meetings, Trade Shows, VM Summit and Retail Meeting with high quality of executions. Accountable for the set up and fashion show.,
• Consolidate & compile monthly VM execution and share best practices across all regions.
• Responsible for the logistics of VM equipment and materials.
• Maintain effective communication with markets/ wholesales VM counterparts on seasonal VM directive, VM windows, VM tools and props procurement and follow up for regular replenishment.
• Collate regional reports and store forecasts
• Assist and handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 5 years of solid experience in Visual Merchandising / Retail Marketing department with an international brand
• Degree holder of Visual Merchandising or related subject
• Strong knowledge and background in Visual Merchandising
• Good communication, influencing skills and organizational skills
• With creative thinking mindset
• Proficient in In Design, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Applications
