Job Duties: To process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way; To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints; To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner; To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively To handle other daily departmental operation issues
