| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Plan, design and execute the environmental sustainability program, which includes but not limited to energy & carbon audit and conservation projects
- Constantly review and revise the organization's premises energy usage, analyse data and recommend areas for improvement
- Develop and identify long term energy and cost saving plan
- Conduct market research and recommend the latest technology which the organization can imply to achieve the highest efficiency standard
- Support the annual planning and review activities
- Supervise building services contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
Personal Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Environmental/ Energy/ Sustainable Engineering, or Building Services Engineer, or other related discipline
- Membership at relevant reputable professional organisations is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in sustainability and environmental study projects
- Experienced in project management
- Familiar with Building Energy Codes
- Effective communications in both written and spoken English and Chinese
