Job Responsibilities:

• Handle local and overseas customer enquiries and trouble-shooting on CCTV and networking products;

• Support local and overseas sales team in CCTV system design and implementation;

• Assist Manager in managing product portfolio and new product development progress;

• Handle RMA and troubleshooting;  Project on-site support;

• Prepare technical documents such as datasheets, installation manuals, test reports, etc;

• Pre-sales and after-sale support.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Dip. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent;

• 1-2 year solid experience in technical support of ELV and networking products; 

• Knowledge in routing, switching and CCTV network implementation;

• Customer focused, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin;

• Self-motivated, quick learner and able to work under pressure;

• CCNA certified with CCNP is a plus;

• Occasionally overseas travel may be required;
