Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: All round HR and office administration works such as procurement of office supplies and maintenance, maintain up-to-date administrative and personnel records etc; Assist in formulate, implement and enhancement both administrative and HR policies, procedures and internal control/audit mechanism; Perform general HR reports and analysis; Handle and coordinate training and development; Organize company events and assist ad hoc HR projects and tasks.
Requirements: High diploma or above, preferably in HR/BA/Management or related disciplines; 1-3 years relevant experience; Basic knowledge in MPF / Employment Ordinance and Labour Legislation is a must; Hands-on computer software skills in MS office; Ability to work independently, accurately with tight deadlines and willing to work overtimes; problem-solving, coaching and interpersonal skills; Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; Immediate available is preferable.
