職責: - 定期到各區長者中心為長者收集健康數據(如：量度血糖、血壓等)
- 安排預備復康物品(如：血糖試紙、採血針)及協助處理醫療廢物
- 協助到各區長者中心進行健康問卷並跟進有關文書工作
- 執行其他委派工作
要求: - 註冊保健員，須具兩年或以上相關經驗，具長者服務及外展護理工作經驗者優先考慮
- 中五程度或以上
- 喜歡與長者溝通，對長者服務有熱誠
- 具團隊合作精神，良好溝通技巧及能獨立處理工作
- 良好中英文書寫及會話能力，懂基本電腦操作
