| Position Requirement: |
- 負責公司各類請示、通知、董事會報告、會議記錄的撰寫及下發
- 協助公司高管制定、執行、監督及完善公司行政規章管理制度
- 協助落實辦公室的管理工作，如辦公設備和用品統籌、採購及維護等工作
- 負責國內及香港工作會議/培訓/活動的組織、聯絡及接待
- 內刊編輯、出版及各項跟進工作
- 執行總經理室交辦的行政工作
要求: - 大學或以上程度，主修商業/企業行政或其他
- 具八年或以上企業行政/行政管理/企業秘書工作經驗，具中資企業工作背景者更佳
- 與文字寫作或編輯有關工作經驗可獲優先考慮
- 良好人際關係及溝通技巧，主動積極，有較強的判斷和獨立處事能力
- 優秀中文、英文書面寫作及表達能力
- 流利普通話、粵語及良好英語水平
- 熟練MS Word、Excel和 PowerPoint等電腦軟件
- 經驗較淺者可獲考慮為副行政經理
