Requirements:

wHave a university degree in social work/counseling/psychology or business;

wAt least 3 years hands-on experience on training design and delivery;

wEnglish (Syllabus B in HKCEE) and Chinese at Grade E in HKCEE/Level 2 (Pass) in HKDSE;

wExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

wCan speak fluent Putonghua and English;

wProactive, innovative and strong marketing sense in the field of corporate training.

Job Duties:

wProvide counseling and corporate training programme for our customers;

wPrepare business proposals, follow-up service projects and handle service accounts;

wProvide employee related service, such as employee survey, wellness promotion and articles writing.
