Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality assurance, complaint investigation and departmental compliance checking
• Review & streamline operation procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and follow-up on regulatory issues
• Review and update internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies of the Group
• Participate in projects
Requirements:
• Form 7 or above
• 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial institutions (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Solid experience in workflow design and good knowledge of consumer loans products is an advantage
• Organised, mature, detail minded and good team player
• Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Applicants with less experience or qualification will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer
