主要職責：- 為中心營造愉快友好的氣氛
- 負責提供日常學生服務、接待工作、課堂點名等
- 解答學生查詢、適時為學生發放中心最新動態
- 收集學生回饋及協助盡快解決疑難
- 管理中心形象，包括維持中心整潔及秩序等
- 日常文書工作、庫存管理等
- 配合和協助其他中心成員的工作
入職要求：- 中六或以上學歷
- 優良溝通技巧，流利廣東話
- 有熱誠於客戶服務範疇發展事業
- 以客為尊、細心、有耐性、有禮貌及勤奮
- 能適應多元國籍的工作環境及有團隊精神
- 良好電腦技巧 (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Browser)
