職責- 維持並增加銷售額
- 分析銷售數據及制定銷售策略，帶領團隊達致公司銷售指標
- 管理銷售團隊及店日常運作，確保分店運作暢順
- 凝聚分店的團隊氣氛，激勵和培訓銷員工
- 分配人手及制定更表
- 管理員工儀容及店舖整潔
- 收集客戶意見及進行市場調查
- 了解市場產品及競爭對手
- 建立，維持及擴大客戶群
- 滿足現有客戶的需求
- 定期向管理層作出匯報
要求:- 最少2 - 3年時裝及美容行業的銷售及管理經驗
- 優良粵語, 懂英語優先
- 良好的人際關係和溝通技巧
- 積極主動，自主，優異的領導材能
- 能夠在壓力下工作
- 對美容和護髮產品有熱情
- 可立即上班者優先
