Responsibility:

• Organize and execute events, including seminars, ceremonies, award presentation, exhibitions, charity dinners, and public charity functions
• Monitor the progress and budget of the programmes and ensure their sustainability
• Ensure all communication activities are aligned with the organizational development strategy and brand standard
• Ensure effective implementation and coordination of a range of activities and initiatives, aiming to make positive changes on the environmental protection
• Plan the social media strategies for current issues in Hong Kong on Facebook page and web site
• Supervise officer grade staff to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow

Requirement:

• Degree or higher Diploma holder (Discipline in Journalism, Public Relations or Communications is highly preferred)
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized, detailed minded, self-motivated, independent, efficient and able to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent verbal in Mandarin
• Salary negotiable
