工作內容： 解答某大航空公司會員電話查詢及支援服務； 無須Cold call銷售； 工作地點：荃灣(遴近港鐵站)。
工作福利： 5天工作(星期一至日期間)，每天8.5小時工作； 可選普通更(07:00至00:00，8.5小時工作輪班制，輪休) / 固定中更(18:00至02:30，輪休) / 固定通宵夜更(輪休)； 普通更每月收入HK$15,000(include allowance) / 中更每月收入HK$16,800(include allowance)/ 夜更每月收入HK$18,000(include allowance)； 14天年假； 有薪入職培訓； 新人獎金12K； 門診及住院醫療福利。
要求學歷： 大專或以上程度 及 DSE：中文和英文成績必須達3分或以上
工作要求： 必須能操流利英語、普通話及廣東話； 積極、主動及良好溝通能力； 具備酒店、航空或旅遊代理客戶服務經驗者優先。 有意者請在線申請工作，謝謝！
