職責： - 文書及服務資料統計。
- 財務統計。
- 電話接待工作。
- 製作活動材料及協助推行活動。
要求： - 香港中學會考五科考獲E級或第2等級或以上成績，包括中國語文科、英國語文科(2007年前的"課程乙")及數學科；或中學文憑考試中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科考獲第2級或以上成績，及其他任何兩個科目之成績(新高中科目達第2級成績；/應用學習科目「達標」；/其他語言科目達E級成績)；或香港學術及職業資歷評審局認可的同等學歷。
- 文書或秘書工作兩年或以上優先。
- 曾於社會服務機構工作優先。
- 懂運用電腦軟件，如文書處理、試算表、數據庫等。
- 有基本會計知識。
- 具資料整理及整合，如存檔、物資點算等能力。
