| Position Requirement: |
Job Scope
- Handle book keeping for one Hong Kong and two China entities
- Maintain daily cashflow and prepare monthly cash budget
- Arrange and process payment for one Hong Kong and two china entities
- Complete bank reconciliation for month end closing
- Review staff claims for Hong Kong and China entities
- Assit in staff salaries and provident fund contribution
- Handle China entity monthly corporate and individual tax reporting
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirment
- Accounting Diploma from a recognised institution
- At least 3 years of working experience in Accnounting preferably in an MNC environment
- Exposure to multi-currency and commodities environment will be added advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP accounting system is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel
- Initiative and good communication skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
