Position Requirement: |
Roles and responsibilities:- Provide efficient executive and secretarial support to Division/Branch Head such as managing meetings/visits/events schedules and overseas trips for quality service and smooth office operation;
- coordinate with senior management and members of the Boards of Directors for their participation in different meetings/activities and render logistic support to ensure the related meetings/ activities being well-organized;
- handle and check in/out documents for a timely proceeding of cases and ensure confidential information being disseminated to relevant parties on a need-to-know basis;
- receive, screen and handle general correspondence (e.g. memo and letters) and handle enquiries with good manners for providing efficient and timely services and projecting a positive and professional corporate image;
- develop and maintain an organized and tidy filing system for keeping up-to-date files and documents to facilitate efficient retrieval; and
- carry out ad-hoc research including information collection, compilation and analysis for specific issues as assigned, and provide the Division/Branch Head with a summary/proposal to facilitate the management’s decision making.
