Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Support the project team (Project Manager) by performing clerical work
- Assist in daily office operation e.g. handle incoming/outgoing calls, mails or fax, copy and scan documents
- Assist in filing of drawings and correspondences
- Prepare BA forms
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting schedule
- Perform ad hoc tasks
Requirements: - Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in secretarial duties and office work in construcion field, experience in architectural firm is an advantage
- Familiar with GBP and BP submission
- Ability to handle project co-ordination, doucumentation and purchasing is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Immediate or short notice available is highly preferred
