| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Responsible for project planning, scheduling, tendering and contract administration;
- Carry out site inspections and monitor site works progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant Statutory Requirements / design standards;
- Develop innovative and user-friendly design solutions for different social service projects (majoring in architecture or interior design is preferred);
- Conduct feasibility study, conceptual design and design presentation to users.
Requirements: - Degree/Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Interior Design or related disciplines;
- 3-5 years' experience in design and project coordination; (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Designer)
- Proficiency in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Microsoft Office;
- Keen on design, passionate, self-motivated, independent and responsible; and
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
