Position Requirement: |
Duties: - Manage guests’ check- ins and outs, luggage deliveries, tally bills and take payments
- Answer telephone and general counter enquiries
- Handle guests’ request for tourist and travel-related information and take bookings
- Handle complaints and ensure that they are taken care of
- Prepare shift reports and cashier reports as required
- Assist in handling reservations
- Provide office support as instructed
- Any other duties assigned by superiors
Requirements: - 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English & Chinese at Grade E / Level 2 or above
- Minimum 1 year’s working experience in the front desk operations
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Shift duties required
