職責及資歷 主要負責接聽客戶維修電話並聯絡外勤員工進行維修，輸入電腦更新記錄 支援組員以維持服務中心的運作 中五程度，具 1-2 年客戶服務，接線或電話傳銷經驗 具物業管理、保安或客戶服務之相關工作經驗優先考慮 懂中英文電腦操作，必須懂得中文輸入法 (每分鐘20字) 良好溝通技巧及應對能力 九龍灣區/ 牛頭角區工作 需穿著制服 工作時間: 輪班輪休，如可長期夜班優先考慮 工作時間: 主要夜更工作 (11:00PM - 08:00 AM) 歡迎男女或少數族裔人士申請
