要求 :

  • 具人力資源、人類學、社會工作、社會科學、社會學、心理學、工商管理或相關學科的學位或以上
  • 具3年在職業輔導、社會工作、工商管理、人力資源、顧客服務或培訓方面的經驗,當中包括不少於1年管理經驗
  • 以人為本、主動、良好團隊合作及有使命感
  • 熟悉勞工法例及良好的溝通和人際關係技巧
  • 具有較強經驗的申請者將被考慮為高級主任
