| Position Requirement: |
工作範疇 : - 為兒童福利院和社會福利機構制定、計劃、實施、監測和評估兒童和青年方案;
- 協助兒童福利院和社會福利機構的案件管理，例如：收養或寄養事宜
- 處理藏族實習生的項目
- 為兒童和青年提供輔導及安排社區活動
- 為青海的合作夥伴和內地員工提供培訓和監督
- 指導團隊成員和協調服務
- 協助資源管理以及質量和風險管理
- 與民政部門和其他兒童福利院等其他服務提供者建立合作關係
- 撰寫集資項目建議書並及時提交項目報告
- 統籌青海體驗之旅及義工團
要求 : - 具有社會工作文憑或以上的註冊社會工作者
- 具至少3年的社會服務機構，有特殊教育需求的兒童、康復和住宿護理的工作經驗
- 在我們的工作中培養和追求基督徒的卓越，並與基督教勵行會的基督徒願景，使命和核心價值觀保持一致
- 具有教會的網絡
- 必須具備出色的人際關係和溝通技巧、主動性、靈活性、適應性、耐心和團隊合作能力
- 熟練掌握中英文口語和書面語和流利普通話是必須的
- 具有較強經驗的申請者將被考慮為高級主任或更高級別
