- 喜歡戶外工作及與人接觸
- 善於溝通、勤奮積極及具有服務社會熱忱
- 富責任心及團隊精神
薪酬福利 - 薪金約$13,000–$18,000
- 五天工作，不須輪班
- 每天工作六小時 (1100 - 1800)
- 星期六、日及銀行假期休息
- 有薪年假12天起
- 婚假、侍產假及喪假
- 醫療福利（包括住院、門診及牙科及身體檢查）
- 每月培訓會增強自信、說話技巧及領導能力
- 團隊活動 （包括力奇訓練、團隊遊戲）
- 定期探訪公立醫院的<癌症病人資源中心>、<香港癌症基金會服務中心>以及相關的癌症病人自助組織，讓組員可直接與康復者交流，從而明白所籌得的善款如何有效地幫助癌患者，增強團隊的正能量、工作動力及歸屬感。
- 參與機構舉辦的活動包括抗癌大步走、粉紅革命及捐款者聚會等
