Job Description                                                                                                                  

• Report to Finance Manager and the Head of Finance, oversee daily accounting and financial operation;
• Play a key role in engaging, executing and completing submissions of statutory financial statements;
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting and management report;
• Participation in the month-end close process including financial system reconciliation, data verification and variance analysis;
• Involve in financial consolidation and analysis for the group’s subsidiaries using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting tools;
• Assist to prepare consolidated financial statements and handle outstanding audit;
• Assist to liaise with regulators and external audit firms and tax representatives for the preparation of statutory financial reports;
• Assist to liaise with finance team members to implement new accounting standards and polices, ensure they are compliance with Group Accounting policies and relevant standards, guidelines and procedures;
• Maintain excellent internal controls to ensure effectiveness in financial reporting;
• Handle as hoc assignments relating to corporate practice

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines; Finalist or Qualified member of CPA / HKICPA
• Minimum 5 years of financial reporting experience; Trained in big 4 is preferred 
• Fluency both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A team player, proactive, hard working with to-do attitude
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functionally
• Able to work under pressure and work independently
• Good knowledge of US GAAP along with relevant reporting standards in Asia is required
• Prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting tools is a plus; Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Immediate available is highly preferable
