職責: - 協助協調主任辦公室的秘書工作,包括:文書處理、會計財務及資產管理。
- 協助處理一般的辦公室事務、接待工作及處理會議紀錄等工作。
要求: - 中五畢業。
- 香港中學會考五科考獲E級或第二等級或以上成績,包括中國語文科、英國語文科(2007年前的"課程乙")及數學科;或中學文憑考試中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科考獲第2級或以上成績,及其他任何兩個科目之成績(新高中科目達第2級成績;/應用學習科目「達標」;/其他語言科目達E級成績);或香港學術及職業資歷評審局認可的同等學歷。
- 具兩年或以上文員/會計/秘書工作經驗優先考慮。
- 基本會計知識。
- 良好中英文書寫能力。
- 良好中英文文書處理,能純熟運用MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint及Access等軟件。
