| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities
- Responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements of the group, including non-disclosure agreements, service provider agreements, vendor agreements and other general commercial doacuments and contracts;
- Assist with due diligence and translation, conduct researches for legal, compliance and risk related issues;
- Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics to the group across Asia countries
- Assist in managing legal risks generally, including liaison with counterparties, external counsels and other professional parties;
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
- Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies
- Providing legal support generally and other ad-hoc legal related duties and assignments outside Mainland.
