Requirement
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 15 years’ human resources and administration experience in sizable organization, of which at least 8 years in managerial level
Familiar with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and knowledge of PRC Labour Ordinance
Good Command of English and Chinese, spoken Putonghua
Able to work under pressure and with positive attitude towards changes & challenges
Reporting to the director, this candidate will lead the Human Resources & Administration Department which consists of about 30 staff members
