全職：每月工作209小時，每月8-9天例假 - 具8年以上珠寶銷售及管理經驗，曾於連鎖珠寶金行工作經驗者將優先考慮
- 指導及培訓同事，提升同事顧客服務及銷售技巧
- 協助珠寶銷售工作，推動同事爭取更佳銷售成績
- 主動回應顧客查詢及處理顧客問題
- 帶領團隊達致店舖的銷售目標
- 管理分店團隊，了解同事情況，適時作出鼓勵及指導
- 處理分店日常營運工作
- 經驗不足者將考慮為營業經理
