(東華三院鄧肇堅小學及東華三院李東海小學) 資格：- 現職小學校長；或任職小學副校長達一年或以上；
- 持有認可的學士學位，並曾接受小學教育的師資訓練，或具備同等資歷；
- 符合教育局認可擔任資助小學校長資格；
- 持有校長資格認證；
- 擁有五年或以上小學行政經驗；
- 具豐富的課程發展經驗﹔
- 富承擔精神，致力發展優質教育；
- 富領導才能，重視團隊協作；
- 熟悉教育條例及資助則例；及
- 熟悉最新的辦學趨勢及不同的辦學模式。
備註：- 尚未具備校長資格認證但已開展認證程序者仍可申請，惟須於獲聘後兩年內取得認證，方可確認其任命。
- 成功獲聘者須於二０一九至二０二０學年內到職。
職責：負責主管一所小學之行政工作及執行辦學團體與法團校董會交付之職務。 薪金：悉照教育局資助則例辦理。 有意者請在線申請工作，謝謝！ |
