職責: - 嚴緊遵照食譜按時製作食品
- 檢查食材品質及負責生產前預備，以確保有足夠食材在工作台應付生產
- 確保餐點份量一致及符合公司品質要求
- 檢查用具器材清潔及運作
- 監察衛生及遵守安全守則
要求: - 最少2年西餐或日菜廚房經驗
- 能單獨及團體工作
- 遵守既定生產程序、食譜、賣相及衛生守則
- 於繁忙環境仍能保持效率及有組織地工作
- 良好溝通及人際技巧
